The rates below apply to bookings made on this site only through the email service.

Valid for stays of 2 nights or more.

Does not apply to single occupancy as these are already discounted

if we have to cancel due to Government legislation we will offer a full refund or opportunity to move dates to suit.

Based on 2 people sharing per night.

All B&B rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast in the breakfast room. the cottages offer a continental Breakfast hamper.

Please note we have a minimum 2 night stay policy and a minimum of 4 nights stay in Barn Owl Cottage
